Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other in related field;
• At least 3 years of professional experience in HR, related with handling recruitment projects (must have) and HR admin duties;
• Knowledge of Human Resources laws and local regulations;
• PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.;
• Ability to make professional presentations and to communicate in writing, through e-mails and reports, or orally, complex matters to an audience in local language & English language;
• Detail-oriented, analytical and highly organized;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail and listening skills;
• Experience in a multinational corporate environment
Job responsibilities:
• Recruitment: supporting hiring managers in recruitment processes - advertisement, cooperation’s with agencies
• Preboarding of new employees: employee contract, medical check, communication
• Onboarding: organization of the onboarding process for new employees, adaptation program
• Training and development: organisation of mandatory and development trainings, administration of online applications
• Employer Branding (internal and external): participation and projects management to build the best employee experience and the employer's brand, cooperation with universities, high schools, participation on job fairs, organizing events for employees
• CSR: organizing activities in area of Corporate Social Responsibility
• Internal communication: responsibility of managing internal communication
• Personnel administration: keeping personnel documentation of employees
• Organizing conferences, meetings, travel, and events;
• Maintaining office systems, schedules, and supplies;
• Handling information flow and correspondence;
• Reporting and other tasks arranged by HR Manager.
